What’s the process to GETUS?

It's actually quite easy, we have included a few steps below on how we activate Unlimited internet services to your home or business.

STEP 1: FIND OUT IF WE CAN ACTIVATE YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS FROM VENDORS

STEP 2: PLACE THE ORDER AND REMIT PAYMENT TO PROCEED WITH INTERNET

STEP 3: WE PUSH THE ORDER TO OUR VENDOR AND SHIP OUT MODEM XPRESS BY CANADA POST

STEP 4: PLUG MODEM IN TO POWER + PHONE JACK OR CABLE LINE PRIOR TO ACTIVATION DAY

STEP 5: INTERNET IS ACTIVE ON ACTIVATION DAY, AT TIMES NO TECHNICIAN VISIT REQUIRED!

STEP 1: FIND OUT IF WE CAN ACTIVATE YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS FROM VENDORS

GETUS Utilizes the same "Highway" as the "Big Guys" through Third-Party Internet Access. Enjoy blazing fast high-speed internet from $29.95/mo from GETUS. If you can utilize internet services from the incumbents in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia or Newfound Land we should be able to process the Activation without a problem. STEP 2: PLACE THE ORDER AND REMIT PAYMENT TO PROCEED WITH INTERNET

Order is placed for GETUS Internet services, either By Phone, Live Chat or Online. Once payment is made, order is immediately dispatched to the vendors in your area. GETUS being a prepaid service, we do require payment prior to the Activation process of starting your internet services. We offer many convenient ways to make payments for our services.

STEP 3: WE PUSH THE ORDER TO OUR VENDOR AND SHIP OUT MODEM XPRESS BY CANADA POST

Order is pushed to the vendor, we require 5-7 business days to process most Activations. Modem is shipped Canada Post Xpress with updates provided by e-mail notification. Normally, this is received 2-3 Week Days after payment has been received.

STEP 4: PLUG MODEM IN TO POWER + PHONE JACK OR CABLE LINE PRIOR TO ACTIVATION DAY

Once modem arrives. Simply plug in the Modem into either the phone jack (DSL internet service) or Coax line (Cable internet services) and await for e-mail confirmation for Activation Day. There are times when no technician is required to visit, allowing us to remotely activate the internet services.

STEP 5: INTERNET IS ACTIVE ON ACTIVATION DAY, AT TIMES NO TECHNICIAN VISIT REQUIRED!

Upon receiving our confirmation, you will be advised if this will be treated as either an on-site Installation required (meaning a technician will be visiting the premises) or a transfer (which means a remote activation). Note, a technician from one of the "Big Guys" will be showing up to Activate your new internet service from us. Not to worry, you will still enjoy the great rates and unlimited data internet services we offer our customers. (Note. The technicians will not touch the modem, they can only simply activate the line to your home or business)
